ORDINARY ENTRANCE TICKET
The contract established between the user and S.A.V. S.p.A. is formalised at the entry station either upon collection of the ticket or through the acquisition of the entry data via the electronic toll device.
Entry to the motorway system is either from the S.A.V. S.p.A. tollbooths or from those of the other Concessionaires, enabling users to cross stretches of motorway operated by different companies in a continuous manner, with a single payment at the destination. The ordinary ticket contains data on the station of entry, the day, time and vehicle class on a magnetic strip. The user must take the necessary precautions to avoid losing or damaging the ticket during the journey.
In the event of lost tickets, a Toll Non-Payment Report will be issued for the route corresponding to the farthest interconnected station (Art. 176(16) Italian Highway Code). In “open” toll collection systems, the contract is formalised when the toll is paid at the transit station.
The Nus and Aosta Est 997 – 998 service stations are “highly automated” and are therefore unmanned and remotely assisted from the monitoring station (M.C.T.) located at the Nus station.
To make it easier to read the travel documents, see below for the list of motorway stations with their numbering and the table of toll processing days:

TRANSIT CERTIFICATE
The following is an example of a transit certificate.
It is issued in automated lanes and represents receipt of payment, but is not valid for tax purposes.
The invoice against receipts issued by S.A.V. S.p.A. can be requested by submitting the appropriate form (invoice_request_form) to the Company’s Toll Office in Châtillon (AO) or at the Services Centre in Nus (AO).
The certificate issued in the automatic lane, in the case of incomplete or irregular payment, may constitute a Toll Non-Payment Report. In that case, the letter “R” will appear in the “Payment Method” field.
