Integrated Management System

SAV S.p.A. has adopted and certified a Quality Management System and a Road Traffic Safety Management System in compliance with international standards UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI ISO 39001, which, with the commitment and involvement of all staff, it actively implements and applies to all processes pertaining to the motorway section managed under concession.

The certifications are issued by an accredited third-party certification body, and can be viewed by accessing the links below or by accessing the public register of certificates on the ACCREDIA (the Italian Accreditation Body) website.

The Company’s aim is to increase the satisfaction of motorway users and all stakeholders in general, to ensure the continuity of the service, to maintain the efficiency of the infrastructure and related facilities and the functionality of the motorway stations, road safety and traffic assistance, and to improve the organisation’s ability to contribute to the overall objective of reducing fatalities and serious injuries due to motorway accidents within its remit.

These objectives are pursued systematically by the Company through the application of an Integrated Management System, a Risk Management Model and an Internal Control System, identifying for this purpose the resources necessary for the pursuit of continuous improvement of its performance.

In general, the Company intends to adopt a strategy of conducting business activities capable of generating value for all stakeholders, including in line with the ASTM Group’s sustainability strategies.

Put simply, it is a series of goals to be achieved with increasing commitment and determination through a new business strategy.

Quality Management System, the instrument for conducting company business aimed at ensuring user continuity of service, practicability and safety of the road network, maintaining the efficiency of the infrastructure, the functionality of the stations, traffic assistance and ancillary services.

Road Traffic Safety (RTS) Management System, the tool for conducting the company activities that seek to prevent accidents and reduce the severity of their consequences within the Organisation’s area of remit.
