The S.A.V. Services Centre is located next to the Nus tollbooth building and is open to the public:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:30 AM-12 PM and 2 PM-4:30 PM.
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 AM-12 PM (closed in the afternoon).

The following main operations can be carried out there:
- Sign “Telepass” contracts as well as requesting related contractual changes such as:
- issuing and/or replacing Telepass devices;
- associations/changes of number plates linked with Telepass devices;
- request certified copy of invoice – list of journeys;
- receive reports of lost/stolen documents;
- changes to the personal details of contract holders;
- closure of contracts;
- European Telepass.
- Find forms to request invoicing of tolls paid in cash.
- Find out the toll tariffs for transits exiting and/or entering S.A.V. stations;
- Certify Telepass journeys;
- Manage requests and duplicate Viacard current account cards;
- Manage S.A.V. toll discounts;
- Settle toll non-payment reports, with an issue date not exceeding fifteen days, of certain motorway concessionaires listed here
For holders of electronic toll devices from operators other than “Telepass”, please contact your service provider.

Information on accidents
Users may find themselves in need of information and/or data concerning motorway accidents in which they were involved. In this case, users can contact the Motorway Division of the Pont-Saint Martin Traffic Police at +39 0125 830211.
Refunds
The Company assures the reimbursement of tolls paid in excess of the amount due, after confirming the substantiated claim made by the user. Reimbursement times coincide with processing times. Reimbursements within the euro area are done by bank transfer.
